Is Yang Jia a hero? a mobster? or a criminal?

杨佳是英雄。很多人都想做却没有胆量去做的事，他去做了。
Yang Jia is a hero.Many people would dream of doing,but didn't have the gut to carry out;Yang Jia just went and did it.

他替亿万人实现了夙愿。杨佳的行为，是符合大多数普通中国人的意愿和道德观的。
He had fullfilled the wish of hundreds of millions of Chinese.His conduct,is inline with the wish and desire of majority chinese folks,and is also within the morality of Chinese folks.
别人替你了却心愿，替你去死，这种豪侠，理所当然被国民看作英雄。

Yang Jia,a heroic gallant,who is willing to die for others,to turn other's pledge of heart into reality,naturally would be given a hero's status by every Chinese.


杨佳为什么是匪徒？他目无国法，滥杀无辜，破坏法治社会，导致政府的恐慌，这种人当然是匪徒。

Why is Yang Jia a mobster?He did not take any law into account,he murdered innocent people,he destroyed this society governed by law,he turned the government into a terrified state,he is of course a bandit,a mobster,no question asked.


杨佳是罪犯吗？当然，他杀人，按照中国法律，他是杀人犯。如果把杨佳看作一个叛乱者，用个人力量对抗政府暴力的只有一个人的军队，他犯了叛乱罪。

Is Yang Jia a criminal? Of course,he murdered someone,according to Chinese law,he is a muderer. If Yang Jia is classed as a rebell,as a one man army go against the violent force of the government,then he has commited treason.

所谓英雄、匪徒或罪犯，只是站在不同的角度。但是杨佳还是杨佳，他首先是一个极其认真的人，一个把尊严看得很重的人。杨佳杀人，追求的是人的尊严，一个普通人的尊严。

So call hero,bandit or criminal,are only interpretations from different angles.But Yang Jia being Yang Jia,first of all he is a very serious person, who values his dignity.What made him kill,is the pursuit of human's dignity,an ordinary folk's dignity.

贺龙杀人，毛泽东杀人，瞿秋白杀人，杀害的大多是平民而非警察。他们杀人的总数远远超过杨佳，暴虐的程度远远超过杨佳，杀人得民心的程度远远不如杨佳。 但是他们成功夺取了政权，就洗掉了匪徒和罪犯的恶名。

Her Long murdered human,Mao Tse-tung murdered human,Jeu Chiu-bai murdered human,most of the victims were civilians,not police.The total number of their victims are many times that of Yang Jia,the degree of ruthlessness and brutality is far too many times exceed that of Yang Jia.Though all were killers,Yang Jia won the hearts of the people,is very clear. And the biggest difference is,Her Long,Mao Tse-tung,Jeu Chiu-bai were sucessful to form a government,at the same time,sucessful to dip the evil of bandit and criminal under the water.

杨佳的失败，是没有成为有组织有实力的大规模杀人集团，没有能够夺取政权。

Yang Jia's failure,is he failed to form a well organized, powerful,big scale bloc of killers,he failed to take over the regime.

中国政府会不会杀杨佳？杀人很容易，失掉民心更容易。杀杨佳，就是杀出一个民族英雄做老百姓的心碑口碑。

Will Yang Jia be executed by the Chinese Government?It is easy to execute one person,it is much more easier to lose the heart of all the people.The execution of Yang Jia,will turn him into a national hero that stays in people's heart for ever.

不杀也很难。如果杨佳不杀，等于鼓励更多的杨佳起来抵抗被滥用的国家暴力，警察和政府官员个个岌岌可危。
It is not easy not to execute him either.If Yang Jia is pardoned,it will be seen as an encouragment for more Yang Jia to come forward,to fight against the abusive use of state violence,if that happens,all the police and bureucrates will be constant fear of losing their life.

杨佳用自己的行动创造了一个难题。倡导民主法制宪政的民主人士面对暴徒杨佳略显尴尬。政府机构对此事更是尴尬。但是大众不尴尬，他们说：杀！杀得好！

Yang Jia,through his action,has created a problem.Terrorist Yang Jia,presents a dilemma to advocates of democracy,law and order,and constitutional government.To the government,Yang Jia presents a even bigger dilemma.But to ordinary folks,there is only one verdict: He did a good job at the police complex.One bloody good job!


不用怀疑的是：杨佳事件毫无疑问会促进中国人权的改善，以后的警察对老百姓会更客气。警察的一大堆狗屁法规、狗屁誓言 oath、狗屁纪律 discipline，都不如杨佳一把刀管用。

Without doubt,Yang Jia's case will only inprove the human right's situation in China,from now on the police will show more kindness towards ordinary folks.

一个人用自己的生命去维护自己的尊严，用血换取社会的进步，这样的人不是英雄，谁是英雄？

英雄不是名字挂在纪念碑上的人，而是让人民想起来就热血沸腾的人。
